All materials entrusted to PhotoSynthèse are handled with the utmost care. However, we assume no responsibility for any damage or loss. This disclaimer is automatic.

In the event of a dispute as to the nature of the work, its rendering or on the invoice, only claims made within 5 working days of delivery will be considered.

We are not responsible for non-claimed originals after a 30-day delay.  

By not controlling the environment in which your works will be exposed, we guarantee our mounted artworks for a 30-day period after the billing date. 

Quotes are valid for a 30-day period. 

We do not guarantee our mounted artworks if an intervention will be made on the visual after our delivery. 

Please note that the Canadian copyright law does not allow us to participate in the reproduction of an artwork without the  the author's consent or its beneficiary's.

We will therefore ask for a document attesting that you have the reproduction rights for any project we think necessary. If you cannot communicate directly with the author, you can contact the SODRAC or the CARCC. 

We request payment upon receipt for any project.

Corporate or institutional clients with open accounts are required to pay their bills within 30-days from the date on the invoice.
